AIMEX Garden @ Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show

May 23 @ 7:30 am - May 26 @ 9:00 pm

AIMEX is delighted to unveil the highly anticipated return of the AIMEX Garden at this year’s Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show from 23 – 26 May 2024.  Held for the duration of the show to support AIMEX, ACMG and Superyacht Australia members, the Garden is open from 7:30am till late each day.

The new location alongside the AIMEX Alley in the new Marina BLVD Hall and overlooking the marina creates the perfect backdrop for member networking throughout the week.

With a pre-show early start, attendees to the garden are invited to commence their day with complimentary barista coffee, and bacon and egg rolls whilst taking the opportunity to listen to guest speakers share their knowledge and insights on a range of marine related topics.  AIMEX would like to express our gratitude to each of the companies who have sponsored the AIMEX Garden breakfasts; Revolution Ropes on Thursday, YESSSS on Friday and Australian Superyachts on Saturday.

Serving as a relaxed space to conduct meetings or to take a break in the busy day, members are encouraged to invite into the garden their newfound connections and business opportunities.  Prospective members are also welcome to visit to visit the AIMEX Garden, to discover the membership offerings of AIMEX, ACMG and Superyacht Australia, with staff on hand at all times of the day offering a warm welcome and a friendly chat.

The Garden will also host the inaugural AIMEX Young Professionals Lunch on Friday 24 May, an exclusive networking event tailored for marine industry professions under the age of thirty -five.  Keynote Speaker Josie Eastman, General Manager of Edencraft International and recipient of the prestigious ‘Rising Star Award’ at the 2023 International Boat Builders Awards in Amsterdam, will discuss her experiences in making a significant impact in the marine industry.  The ticketed event includes entry to SCIBS, lunch and the opportunity to network with other industry professionals.

The AIMEX Garden lively evenings with complimentary beverages will return, kicking off with the annual AIMEX Garden Party on Thursday 23 May.  Sponsored by Pantaenius Yacht Insurance, this member’s networking event is a key occasion on the AIMEX calendar with Pantaenius providing guests with signature cocktails and food.

Friday night will be hosted by Superyacht Group Great Barrier Reef who will provide a series of presentations on cruising the Great Barrier Reef region.  The Saturday night networking drinks are sponsored by Muir Engineering, following what typically marks the busiest day of the show.

The AIMEX Garden is made possible with thanks to Event Partner  Pantaenius Yacht Insurance, as well as the dedicated support of the sponsors for each of the daily events.
