Australian Commercial Marine Conference

The Australian Commercial Marine Conference is the leading forum for Australia’s commercial marine industry, bringing together vessel operators, owners, key stakeholders and industry leaders from across the country. Featuring keynote speakers, dynamic panel discussions and thought-provoking debates, the conference also offers outstanding opportunities for networking, business development and industry collaboration.

Date: Wednesday 29 July 2026

9:00am – 9:30am Registration & Coffee
9:30am – 5:00pm Conference & Expo
5:00pm – 8:00pm Networking drinks

Location: Onboard M/V Starship Sydney at King Street Wharf 4, Darling Harbour.  The vessel will be located at the dock for the duration of the event.

Program: Offering valuable opportunities for networking with a strong emphasis on exchanging ideas and informed decision-making, the one-day program will feature expert speakers, Q&A, panel discussions, and technical sessions addressing current concerns, future directions and relevant policy impacting the commercial marine industry.

This year will see the introduction of the Pitch Platform, alongside the return of the Exhibitor Zone.

COMMERCIAL MARINE PITCH PLATFORM

The Pitch Platform is a dedicated session in the ACMG Commercial Conference, offering a limited number of selected members the opportunity to present to delegates new products, services, or innovations. Participants are chosen through an application process managed by ACMG, ensuring strong relevance and value to the audience. Each presenter is allocated a concise 3 – 5 minute time frame, designed to showcase key concepts clearly and effectively. The platform provides a valuable opportunity for members to practise and refine their pitching skills in a supportive environment, and with guidance from ACMG.

The Exhibitor Zone provides exhibiting businesses with a valuable platform to showcase products, services and technology directly to key decision makers.  All conference breaks – morning & afternoon tea, lunch and networking drinks – will take place in the exhibitor area to maximise attendee interaction and visibility for your brand.
